4 BEDROOM UNIT WITH COMMUNAL SWIMMING POOL IN THE HEART OF COWES, (1 of 3 Units - BOOK ONE OR ALL THREE).
These units are in the perfect position in Cowes. Only minutes walk to the beach and town. Enter from Steele Street, parking at front of units.
Stunning outdoor pool with great kids playground.
Perfect for families or groups of friends for a well deserved break. Each unit has its own private deck with outdoor tables, chairs and BBQ. The property is fully self-contained with all kitchen equipment.
No WIFI - NOT PET FRIENDLY
This downstairs 4 bedroom unit, can sleep a total of 7 guests:
ALL LINEN & TOWELS ARE PROVIDED AND BEDS MADE UP
Bedroom 1 - 1 x queen bed, with ensuite
Bedroom 2 - 2 x single beds
Bedroom 3 - 1 x queen bed
Bedroom 4 - 1 double bed. 
This 4 bedroom unit is on the lower level on the left hand side (looking at the picture).
This Small Block of units consists of 3 UNITS within the building. Shared laundry facilities.

GUEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS/HOUSE RULES/STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES NO PARTIES!

GUESTS upon booking MUST advise ages of all guests. STRICTLY no Schoolies, Bucks Parties, Hens Parties. It is a requirement of our owners to obtain ages and number of guests staying at this property. All guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult, guardian or parent. If the accompanying guardian is not present, we can evict without refund. The host reserves the right at any time to cancel or not proceed with a booking that does not meet these requirements.

This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply. All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval.

You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide us with a copy of your Drivers Licence & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.

NON SMOKING POLICY: applies to all of our holiday rental properties both inside and outside the property - extra cleaning charges may apply for any butts found on the property.

Bookings - are accepted by First National in good faith as agents for the property owners. Bonds: Some properties charge a guest bond.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Upon booking a 50% deposit is payable immediately.
The total balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation requests before the 30 days of arrival - 50% deposit will be refunded
Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival – No money will be refunded

KEY COLLECTION - All keys must be picked up and must be returned to our office in Cowes. You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide our office with a copy of your Drivers License & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.
AFTER HOURS KEY COLLECTION MUST BE ARRANGED WITH US THE DAY BEFORE ARRIVAL.

The location of the house was ideal—so close to everything & the layout with the playground & pool made it a fantastic option for a family getaway. We especially enjoyed the deck which was perfect for relaxing on warmer evenings.
That said, we encountered a few issues that affected our stay & I wanted to provide some constructive feedback in he hope that these can be addressed.
Possum in the Back Twin Bedroom Walls - There may be a possum residing within the walls of the back twin bedroom causing loud banging noises throughout the night. Unfortunately this made it quite difficult to sleep in that room.
Master Bedroom TV Issue - The TV in the master bedroom’s retreat area continuously restarts, looping every five minutes or so. As it stands, it’s unusable, which was a bit disappointing.
Cleanliness Concerns
We found two large cockroaches in the bedrooms, and several live cockroaches in the kitchen area.
The tables and benches in the kitchen, dining, & lounge areas appeared to have a smeared residue that we had to clean ourselves upon arrival.
We encountered a few spiders in the bedrooms & a dead white-tail spider in one of the children’s drawers.
There was also an eggy smell throughout the kitchen and dining area which may have been from a previous cleaning product.
Missing Toaster - The property was advertised as having a toaster but one was not available we couldn't find it in the kitchen. A small detail, but one that would have been very convenient for us.
Coffee Machine Not Cleaned - The coffee machine had not been cleaned as we found old used pods still inside. Additionally, the coffee pods available in the pantry did not fit the machine so we were unable to use it during our stay.
Overall, the property has so much potential & with a few improvements in these areas, it would easily be a place we’d choose to return to on future visits. With some improvements, this could be a truly exce

Happy with location but this time cleaning people needed to confirm all lights worked as on arrival we didnt have lights to function but our Real Estate sorted pretty quickly the next morning

We loved staying here - 2 adults and 3 children aged 6, 12 and 15. The house is roomy and comfortable and easy to look after and the pool is marvellous. And so good to be close to the beach as well as the cafes and shops in Thompson Avenue.

Very central. Beach and bakery both only a short walk away. 4 bedrooms enables great break out space and privacy and sheets were soft. Living area cosy. A wrap around front porch area with outdoor chairs and table made for a lovely space to dine and socialise and relax. Pool a great size and maintained well. We loved our stay. Some aspects of the house are starting to need some TLC but that didn’t detract from our overall enjoyment of our stay.

We had a great holiday with our family and friends. The check in service was excellent and the property was clean. However unit 1, listed as 4 bedrooms but one of the bedroom has no doors. The coffee machines were not working and batteries were missing from the remotes.

This two bedroom apartment was in a fantastic location, close to beach and shops in Cowes. The apartment was however filthy. The oven was disgusting, carpets dirty, mattresses stained , couches with food bits from previous guests and windows and blinds all dusty and caked with grime. Based on the unhygienic state of the rental we would not return.

Great apartment for the family to be together .But the place was not clean. The little accessories like coffee, tea and sugar had not been filled up from previous guests. 1 tiny bar of soap for the main bathroom. the hand wash was nearly empty. The spare blanket had holes in it. Had to clean the frying pan it was unclean ..and only 2 teaspoons for 7 people.

Our family stayed in Unit 1 and we found the unit to be comfortable but rather dated. Carpet was old, blinds were broken, floor rugs were stained. Could be excellent with some simple attention to detail/TLC.
Possum in roof was very annoying and unfortunately nothing was done when requested to look into the matter.
The communal pool was perfect and large enough for all.
The grounds need a lot of maintenance - the complex looks run down. Once again, could be awesome with some attention.

Hired out all 3 units with the family made it easy.
Pool made the stay awesome asset to the property.
Location awesome.
Bed and bedding pretty basic.
Cutlery and cooking equipment has had to have been mixed up over the course of previous stays.
Property requires Maintanence repairs.
Overall being a busy time of year with back to back bookings understand why some of these items may have been lacking.
Would book again very good value for money.

So lovely to get away after a long Melbourne lockdown! This house was perfect for our family of 5. Each child had their own room and the pool kept us occupied and having a beach and a playground 200m away was awesome. Fantastic place to stay.

It was a good stay. we couldnt use pool as it was too cold but otherwise we would. location fabulous. comfortable but does need a bit of mainteance, eg coffee machine didnt work. Great big hole in wall in large room behind the heater. light switches need repairing.

I would return to this property again. Great for a family of 7. Easy to check in and check out. Good heating for the winter stay. Place may not have been used for a while - I would suggest a good clean of the floor as well as wiping down of tables and benches. Otherwise it felt clean.A fantastic place to stay! Thank you for making our stay pleasant.

My wife and I, along with four of our children and their spouses, and seven grandchildren rented all three apartments at Chapel Street, Cowes from 1st to 4th February 2021. We had a most enjoyable stay and we were all very happy with our accommodation, the pool and playground facilities and the nice area of Cowes in which we were situated. A couple of minor maintenance issues regarding Unit 1 were reported to the office when I returned the keys.

We loved the property and its location.
There were several issues though:
- Possums were very active on and inside the flat metal roof.
- Kitchen range hood was working but had no suctions, perhaps needed a good clean filters
