Cosy, comfortable and perfect for an affordable getaway! This 3 bedroom property sleeps 8 people. Consists of one bathroom, (toilet in bathroom),  large lounge area, TV with DVD player, dishwasher, a split system heating/cooling & 8 seater dining setting in the living area and a huge fully fenced backyard.
The property allows pets outside ONLY.  Request to bring pets must be approved and advised upon booking, (a $200 dog bond is payable on arrival). Pets to remain outside and NOT permitted in the house.
The long garage would be perfect for bikes.
Perfect for a family, we provide a porta cot, highchair & toddler side rail. FREE WIFI.

LINEN NOT SUPPLIED

Doonas with covers and pillows are supplied, however, YOU are required to bring your own LINEN, (top/bottom sheets, towels, bathmats and pillowcases) or you can hire these for an extra $25 per person. Please advise us if you wish to hire linen prior to arrival. Beds made up is an extra $15 per bed and must be advised a minimum of 7 days in advance of arrival.

GUEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS/HOUSE RULES/STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES NO PARTIES!

GUESTS upon booking MUST advise ages of all guests. STRICTLY no Schoolies, Bucks Parties, Hens Parties. It is a requirement of our owners to obtain ages and number of guests staying at this property. All guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult, guardian or parent. If the accompanying guardian is not present, we can evict without refund. The host reserves the right at any time to cancel or not proceed with a booking that does not meet these requirements.

This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply. All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval.

You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide us with a copy of your Drivers Licence & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.

NON SMOKING POLICY: applies to all of our holiday rental properties both inside and outside the property - extra cleaning charges may apply for any butts found on the property.

Bookings - are accepted by First National in good faith as agents for the property owners. Bonds: Some properties charge a guest bond.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Upon booking a 50% deposit is payable immediately.
The total balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation requests before the 30 days of arrival - 50% deposit will be refunded
Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival – No money will be refunded

KEY COLLECTION - All keys must be picked up and must be returned to our office in Cowes. You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide our office with a copy of your Drivers License & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.
AFTER HOURS KEY COLLECTION MUST BE ARRANGED WITH US THE DAY BEFORE ARRIVAL.

Check in at First National was a breeze. Staff were helpful and friendly. House was very well appointed with everything we needed.
Beds were comfortable, water was hot and good pressure, air conditioning was great, quiet street and parking was good.

This was an excellent location to stay for us.
As both over 80 years, we found the entry quite difficult as there was no hand rail to help up the steps. Also the sensor light would not come on and when it did it was for too short a time.
Inside, the lighting was excellent apart from no light in the bathroom at all.
We found it unusual to have to clean the place before we vacated.
My bed was well used. I slept on the definite "hump" in the middle.
The ammenities were great and comfortable lounges in 2 rooms.
As it was raining we had to take our shoes off on the wet porch to prevent taking wet footmarks inside.There was no mat to wipe our feet on outside or inside. Despite all this, it was a great place to stay.
The service by the First National Staff was exceptional and could not do enough to help us.

Great location close to shops and Beach, Sue wher great arranging the Keys for us to go straight in, Good size Room large living area lots of natural light and windows that open kitchen had everything very clean as a family with Young kids very enjoyable moment we would Recommend and Book again.

My stay at Lansell Road was great. All amenities were functional and clean. Would have been great however if guests were able to open up the living room sliding door. 1st National's service (Pago) was exceptional. Thanks Ivan
