Right in the heart of Cowes, 1 of 4 quality brand new Apartments. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and plenty of living space. Walk downstairs right into the heart of Cowes, grab a coffee, a meal in any of the Cafe's Restaurants Cowes has to offer.
Even walk to the beach. Each Unit has 2 car parking spaces/boat parking. No WiFi. NOT PET FRIENDLY
All apartments are located on 2nd floor of complex. Unit 1 balcony faces the main street. No lift, stair access only.
Sleeps 5 -2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms
Bedroom 1 - 1 x Queen bed with ensuite and walk in robe.
Bedroom 2 - 3 x single beds
Porta cot and high chair available on request.
These units are fully self contained and provide linen and towels.
The property is fully self-contained with all kitchen equipment.
This property provides all bedding and linen including towels, bathmats.

GUEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS/HOUSE RULES/STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES NO PARTIES!

GUESTS upon booking MUST advise ages of all guests. STRICTLY no Schoolies, Bucks Parties, Hens Parties. It is a requirement of our owners to obtain ages and number of guests staying at this property. All guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult, guardian or parent. If the accompanying guardian is not present, we can evict without refund. The host reserves the right at any time to cancel or not proceed with a booking that does not meet these requirements.

This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply. All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval.

You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide us with a copy of your Drivers Licence & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.

NON SMOKING POLICY: applies to all of our holiday rental properties both inside and outside the property - extra cleaning charges may apply for any butts found on the property.

Bookings - are accepted by First National in good faith as agents for the property owners. Bonds: Some properties charge a guest bond.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Upon booking a 50% deposit is payable immediately.
The total balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation requests before the 30 days of arrival - 50% deposit will be refunded
Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival – No money will be refunded

KEY COLLECTION - All keys must be picked up and must be returned to our office in Cowes. You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide our office with a copy of your Drivers License & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.
AFTER HOURS KEY COLLECTION MUST BE ARRANGED WITH US THE DAY BEFORE ARRIVAL.

We stayed at this apartment for 9 nights 2 adults and 3 kids. Apartment has an amazing location right on the main strip with everything in walking distance including 2 main supermarkets. The apartment itself very big and spacious great for the kids. Beds weren't the most comfortable but ok for the stay and the singles beds in the second room had a broken bed head which shoul be replaced. Also the couches definitely need an upgrade as they were stained and dirty. No WiFi or dryer so for a family with kids a little hard especially if washing towels and clothes, need to bring your own clothes horse as the apartment has a small Airdry clothes line on the balcony. Other than that supplied with everything else and pretty clean in most of the apartment. We had an issue in the master bedroom on the first night but the realestate dealt with it very promptly and we were happy with the outcome. Would definitely stay here again, now that we know what to expect.

A larger, cleaner more centrally located apartment you will not find. A great place to stay, with a full kitchen and laundry facilities. Close to both shops and restaurants, it is the perfect place to stay for a week or weekend!

Cowes is a great place for a relaxing weekend, walking, swimming and dining are at your doorstep when staying at Thomson Ave apartment as a he position is ideal, would recommend these apartments as they are huge

I loved the place. It's in the middle of Cowes near the shops and the beach. The apartment is big and comfortable for big family.
Everything was really good and I highly recommend this place for families.
The apartment lack couple of things. There is no Wifi, hence no smarty TV. Also there are no locks on the door for privacy so that was a bit annoying/uncomfortable. Otherwise, everything else was excellent.

Usually, the accommodation one books doesn't always live up to the photos, but in this case, the apartment quality EXCEEDS the great photos! We couldn't believe it. Heaps of space, great location, wonderful kitchen with all quality amenities, nice balcony and a superb place for a family holiday. Could not be happier!
