Right in the heart of Cowes, 1 of 4 quality brand new Apartments. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and plenty of living space. Walk downstairs right into the heart of Cowes, grab a coffee, a meal in any of the Cafe's Restaurants Cowes has to offer.
Even walk to the beach. Each Unit has 2 car parking spaces/boat parking. No WiFi. NOT PET FRIENDLY
All apartments are located on 2nd floor of complex. Unit 1 balcony faces the main street. No lift, stair access only.
Sleeps 5 -2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms
Bedroom 1 - 1 x Queen bed with ensuite and walk in robe.
Bedroom 2 - 3 x single beds
Porta cot and high chair available on request.
These units are fully self contained and provide linen and towels.
The property is fully self-contained with all kitchen equipment.
This property provides all bedding and linen including towels, bathmats.

GUEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS/HOUSE RULES/STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES NO PARTIES!

GUESTS upon booking MUST advise ages of all guests. STRICTLY no Schoolies, Bucks Parties, Hens Parties. It is a requirement of our owners to obtain ages and number of guests staying at this property. All guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult, guardian or parent. If the accompanying guardian is not present, we can evict without refund. The host reserves the right at any time to cancel or not proceed with a booking that does not meet these requirements.

This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply. All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval.

You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide us with a copy of your Drivers Licence & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.

NON SMOKING POLICY: applies to all of our holiday rental properties both inside and outside the property - extra cleaning charges may apply for any butts found on the property.

Bookings - are accepted by First National in good faith as agents for the property owners. Bonds: Some properties charge a guest bond.

CANCELLATION POLICY 2023
Upon booking a 50% deposit is payable immediately.
The total balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation requests before the 30 days of arrival - 50% deposit will be refunded
Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival – No money will be refunded

KEY COLLECTION - All keys must be picked up and must be returned to our office in Cowes. You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide our office with a copy of your Drivers License & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.
AFTER HOURS KEY COLLECTION MUST BE ARRANGED WITH US THE DAY BEFORE ARRIVAL.

Great location. Apartment was easy to find and access.
Very spacious but not very cosy. The sofa was in awful condition with the lining coming off which was covered up by some sad blankets. TV worked but had lines in the screen. Fine for an overnight stay, but wouldn’t choose it for a longer stay.

An amazing apartment right in the heart of main street, easy access to restaurants and beach, perfect location.
Apartment is spacious and roomy. Would be ideal for large families or two couple's.
Disappointing about general maintenance and furnishings. Apartments are not very old though lights not working and couches worn. Apartment needed a good clean.

We loved our stay in Phillip island. The apartment was very clean and fantastic for a family!
The only thing I would suggest is to possibly pop some salt/oil for cooking with otherwise everything was fantastic
The staff too were super relaxed and great to deal with, thank you!!

Stayed 2 nights with a group of 5 adults. The apparent is very clean with huge living room. Comfortable beds. Great location with shopping around- Cole, Aldi, restaurants..
The rental staffs are very nice and friendly.

Would happily stay again. Bed super comfy, and room was huge. Only negative was 'no milk' for the coffee- just an odd thing.

Exceeded my expectations. So clean, modern, quiet and extremely spacious. Beds were super comfortable, which is so important when you're staying for a couple of weeks. Loved that we could walk out the front entrance and Aldi, Coles, Woolworths and the beach were all a short stroll away. Highly recommend, we will return.
