What a great place. Clean and tidy and a fantastic location within walking distance to the main town with shops, restaurants and even the beach.
This will be our new go to when visiting the island.

We had a wonderful time at 5B Genesta St. It is the perfect location for our family. It was extremely clean & well decked out with general supplies. We loved it & wished we could stay longer.

We are back again staying in this well positioned well maintained residence which becomes our home while staying at Cowes Phillip Island.
This home suits 2 families or one or a group having 4 bedrooms with end room becoming a 5th who know how to apprecaite someone else's residence.

It was the best holiday we’re ever had on the island. We love staying here - it’s perfect for our family. So clean & tidy & modern. It’s so close to everything. I love not having to drive to anything except Smiths beach. We highly recommend this place!!

Very pleasurable, clean tidy and a cracking location.

The house was clean, spacious and comfortable, very close to the Esplanade and the Cowes town centre.

Excellent location - just a walk from all cafes and the beach. The house is very spacious and offers space even for a large group. Well equipped and comfortable. While the place have 3 separate TVs - lack of wifi means that the only programs you can watch are regular TV without access to Netflix etc.

Excellent location easy stroll into town and beach. House very well appointed and lots of pantry items included which makes the stay more enjoyable.

Our recent stay at Genesta street was lovely, I thought initially that being 2 properties on the one block this house would be small and uncomfortable.
It was the opposite, plenty of space and many bedrooms for larger families , lots of natural light, air conditioning, clean linen and the location is absolutely perfect! I wish it was my own house, will 100% be rebooking.

I am a returning renter and just love staying at 5B Genesta Street, it covers all my needs when bringing my family including grandchildren. Simply suits all our needs and wants

The property was in a great location and comfortably catered for 8 guests.

We absolutely loved our week long stay at this property. We want to stay longer next time. The place is perfect for us. We really loved the outdoor areas & the outdoor shower was great with the kids. The location is amazing - walking distance to everything we needed - beach, ice cream shop, supermarkets, bakery, coffee & restaurants. Highly recommend this lovely place!

We had 2 nights in this guest house and it was very comfortable and clean.The owners has thought of all our was a bonus to have double bed as we had little ones and bunks were out of the question.The real estate booking agents were incredibly helpful.

A wonderful place for five people to celebrate a milestone event. A quick n easy check in and out. The home was spacious and we spent many an hour playing games and laughing. The location was perfect, no need for a car when popping into town.

Stellar location, walking distance to everything!! The home was neat and tidy with a family friendly layout. Kitchen was well equipped. Blinds need maintenance, lounge ones didn't open which really restricted natural light.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this property.
Wish we had stayed longer, but we will just have to plan another trip!

We found the house to be fully equipped with everything we needed, modern, clean and warm! Big enough to suit two families staying together. It was within walking distance to the Main Street, beach, etc. Would definitely stay here again. First National were absolutely fantastic to deal with.

5B Genesta is in a perfect position, central to everything Cowes has to offer. The house was spotless and perfect for our family group with plenty of space. A well fitted kitchen with lots of extra appliances.
The property manager obviously takes great pride in their business, and the island, and are very helpful and friendly.
We will definitely be back.

We arrived on the Island early Friday morning, spent a lovely morning on the beach with my daughter and her friends. Easy pick-up procedure at the office, very friendly staff. The property was exactly what we were expecting perfect location, great layout, well-maintained. We visited Cowes Beach,pier jumping, Woolamai Beach sailing down the sand dunes, the carnival, Cowes main street shopping.

The place we stayed at was at a great location in Cowes. A few minutes walk to the beach and all shops.

Wonderful spacious clean home well-equipped and great layout for family holiday. Great location walking distance to shops and beach. Highly recommend!

This place was just perfect. It is beautifully presented & in a perfect location to the beach & shops. It’s spacious & has all the important features. Our family loved it & wished we could’ve stayed longer & we are already planning on returning.
