This beautiful beachfront holiday house is ideally situated on the famous Lovers Walk alongside Cowes family friendly beach. The back gate opens directly onto one of the safest swimming beaches on Phillip Island.
Located 5 minutes from The Esplanade in Cowes, with restaurants and cafes at your fingertips. The 2 storey house has 5 bedrooms with an upstairs bathroom and one bathroom downstairs.
Upstairs has a spacious lounge room opening out onto the balcony which faces the lovely garden and Cowes beach. Sit on the private balcony and enjoy Westernport Bay views and maybe catch a glimpse of a dolphin or seal passing by. There is a Smart TV, DVD player, reverse cycle air conditioner upstairs in the lounge room, fans and heating in most bedroom, a Cot and a highchair are also available. The well equipped kitchen has a dishwasher and pod coffee machine.
Downstairs the rest of the family can enjoy a game of billiards, another Smart TV, a reverse cycle air-conditioning and Wi-Fi, or sit and relax in a tropical garden setting, enjoy a Gas BBQ, on the outdoor alfresco area deck. If you have a swim on the beach, clean up with the outdoor shower. Take advantage of the ample parking including a lockable garage, outside there is room for the boat as well.
Phillip Island is a fantastic holiday destination, home to the world famous Penguin Parade.

Bedroom 4 - 1 x queen bed
Bedroom 5 - 1 x queen bed
Doonas with covers and pillows are supplied, linen can also be supplied at $25 per person, or you can bring your own. We also offer a service to make up the beds for $15 each.

GUEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS/HOUSE RULES/STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES NO PARTIES!
GUESTS upon booking MUST advise ages of all guests. STRICTLY no Schoolies, Bucks Parties, Hens Parties. It is a requirement of our owners to obtain ages and number of guests staying at this property. All guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult, guardian or parent. If the accompanying guardian is not present, we can evict without refund. The host reserves the right at any time to cancel or not proceed with a booking that does not meet these requirements.
This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply. All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval.
You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide us with a copy of your Drivers Licence & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.
NON SMOKING POLICY: applies to all of our holiday rental properties both inside and outside the property - extra cleaning charges may apply for any butts found on the property.
Bookings - are accepted by First National in good faith as agents for the property owners. Bonds: Some properties charge a guest bond.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Upon booking a 50% deposit is payable immediately.
The total balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation requests before the 30 days of arrival - 50% deposit will be refunded
Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival – No money will be refunded
KEY COLLECTION - All keys must be picked up and must be returned to our office in Cowes. You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide our office with a copy of your Drivers License & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.
AFTER HOURS KEY COLLECTION MUST BE ARRANGED WITH US THE DAY BEFORE ARRIVAL.

The location, the view & the property was more perfect than we imagined. The house was sparkling clean & had everything we needed making our stay perfect. Walking out the back gate & stepping onto the beach is breathtaking. The property managers were extremely attentive & accommodating. We created some lifelong memories during our stay & will most definitely be returning.

There were 8 of us. mix age from 35 - 67 years. Sleeping was great. The pool - Sea was excellent and very closely. The BBQ was clean and we made more cleaner. every one enjoyed and were extremely pleased.

This was the perfect house in the perfect location! Everything about this house was fantastic for our family getaway. Really great space for seven adults with a beautifully appointed kitchen with everything we could have needed. Relaxing on the balcony having afternoon drinks in the sun was like being in a resort. What a wonderful place for a wonderful weekend, only wished it was for longer!

Sorry I did reply but had difficulty with the page. Were most satisfied with our stay. The general condition of the house was excellent and I could see that the owner had put a lot of thought into the interiors, decor and appliances. The location was excellent, it suited all our purposes, close to a safe beach, close to the surf, and to the shops and restaurants. We were very impressed with the property management, we had originally booked into a nearby house which at the last moment was taken off the rental market, and they found us this house which had an even better location with the same accommodation.

This was the perfect getaway for our family.

Everything you need was at the house and accessing the beach is a hop away and accessing the Main Street was a few minutes walk.

There’s really no reason to leave the house, it’s perfect location and perfect view makes you just sit on the verandah all day and all night.

Thank you and can not wait to go back again!

We had a fantastic time with my family ! The house is just perfect to switch off from your daily routine. The view from the balcony is just spectacular and the beach which by the way it’s just “part of your backyard” basically, it was beautiful.
The house had everything we were looking for , clean , wifi, comfortable and convenient for everything ( just a couple of blocks away from all the shops )
We‘ll definitely come back even though it’s not a cheap rental but it’s worth it!
