This well-appointed and stylish three-bedroom townhouse is the perfect location for your next Phillip Island holiday. Centrally located on the main street of Cowes, leave the car and enjoy all the main street has to offer—in less than a five-minute walk, you will arrive at shops, cafés, restaurants, mini golf, and more! From Tranquility on Thompson, the Grand Prix Circuit is only an 8-minute drive, the Penguin Parade is 10 minutes, and the Cowes Front Beach is a 15-minute walk. There is also parking for four cars, including secure parking in the single garage and behind the gate.
With three spacious bedrooms and two living spaces, there is plenty of room for the whole family or a few couples. The townhouse also has two and a half bathrooms, reverse-cycle air-conditioning/heating upstairs and downstairs, three smart TVs, and free Wi-Fi.
The primary bedroom is on the ground floor and contains a queen bed and an ensuite. The main living area has the kitchen, dining room, and outdoor entertaining deck with a barbeque. The ground floor also contains the powder room and separate laundry with a washer and dryer. The first floor has an additional lounge room, bathroom, toilet, and two more bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two single bunk beds.

Doonas with covers and pillows are supplied, however, you can bring your own LINEN, (top/bottom sheets, towels, bathmats and pillowcases) or you can hire these for an extra $25 per person. Please advise us if you wish to hire linen prior to arrival. Beds made up is an extra $15 per bed and must be advised a minimum of 7 days in advance of arrival. Linen is supplied for Super bikes and MotoGP.

GUESTS upon booking MUST advise ages of all guests. STRICTLY no Schoolies, Bucks Parties, Hens Parties. It is a requirement of our owners to obtain ages and number of guests staying at this property. All guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult, guardian or parent. If the accompanying guardian is not present, we can evict without refund. The host reserves the right at any time to cancel or not proceed with a booking that does not meet these requirements.
This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply. All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval.
You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide us with a copy of your Drivers Licence & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.
NON SMOKING POLICY: applies to all of our holiday rental properties both inside and outside the property - extra cleaning charges may apply for any butts found on the property.
Bookings - are accepted by First National in good faith as agents for the property owners. Bonds: Some properties charge a guest bond.
CANCELLATION POLICY 2024
Upon booking a 50% deposit is payable immediately.
The total balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation requests before the 30 days of arrival - 50% deposit will be refunded
Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival – No money will be refunded
KEY COLLECTION - All keys must be picked up and must be returned to our office in Cowes. You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide our office with a copy of your Drivers License & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.
AFTER HOURS KEY COLLECTION MUST BE ARRANGED WITH US THE DAY BEFORE ARRIVAL.
