This large, modern apartment, with lovely balcony is in the perfect position for a great family holiday.
Water views from side balcony and walking distance to everything, just park the car, (2 underground car parks in secure garage).
On the first floor, so you can walk up 1 flight of stairs or catch the lift from the underground secured car park.
Modern and spacious with open plan living & kitchen. WiFi.
Ceramic cook top and electric oven, microwave and coffee machine.
3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms this apartment sleeps 6 people.
Bedroom 1 : 1 x Queen, walk in robe & En suite
Bedroom 2 : 2 x King Singles
Bedroom 3 : 1 set of bunks; (King Single size)

LINEN NOT SUPPLIED
Doonas with covers and pillows are supplied, however, YOU are required to bring your own LINEN, (top/bottom sheets, towels, bathmats and pillowcases) or you can hire these for an extra $25 per person. Please advise us if you wish to hire linen prior to arrival. Beds made up is an extra $15 per bed and must be advised a minimum of 7 days in advance of arrival.

GUESTS upon booking MUST advise ages of all guests. STRICTLY no Schoolies, Bucks Parties, Hens Parties. It is a requirement of our owners to obtain ages and number of guests staying at this property. All guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult, guardian or parent. If the accompanying guardian is not present, we can evict without refund. The host reserves the right at any time to cancel or not proceed with a booking that does not meet these requirements.

This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply. All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval.

You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide us with a copy of your Drivers Licence & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.

NON SMOKING POLICY: applies to all of our holiday rental properties both inside and outside the property - extra cleaning charges may apply for any butts found on the property.

Bookings - are accepted by First National in good faith as agents for the property owners. Bonds: Some properties charge a guest bond.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Upon booking a 50% deposit is payable immediately.
The total balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation requests before the 30 days of arrival - 50% deposit will be refunded
Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival – No money will be refunded

KEY COLLECTION - All keys must be picked up and must be returned to our office in Cowes. You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide our office with a copy of your Drivers License & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.
AFTER HOURS KEY COLLECTION MUST BE ARRANGED WITH US THE DAY BEFORE ARRIVAL.

The property was a lot more dated and not as stylish as the photos, but was still nice to stay in. Needed more than 1 towel each for a 4 day stay . The property managers first national were very easy and fantastic to deal with.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Phillip Island. The penguins were the highlight. The apartment was right down town Cowes and handy to all restaurants and fun for the kids.

We always book this apartment about twice yearly. It suits our needs for a nice break every time. We always find it clean when we get there. It is at walking distance to the beach, pub, restaurants, grocery stores and other amenities. The apartment is spacious enough to accommodate several people ( maximum 8 ) comfortably without invading each other’s space. We always have a great time when we go to this location. I would go back again next year and would recommend the place to anyone who would like a good beach holiday spot .

We enjoyed a 3 night stay at this property and found it to be very modern, exceptionally clean, neat and well presented.

We were pleasantly surprised to find the pantry stocked with a range of condiments and also a few basic grocery items like sachets of breakfast cereal. Lots of cleaning supplies were also provided.

The living area was very spacious. It opens onto a balcony where we could enjoy views of the beach through the trees when looking from one side of the balcony.

The location is excellent - on the corner of The Esplanade, just a few steps from the beach and a short stroll from the jetty, shops and restaurants.

The underground parking was also good, with an elevator in the basement taking us right up to our apartment entrance. You will build up muscles when opening the entrance door on the street when entering the apartment block - it is quite heavy to pull.

Despite the living areas being very spacious and the bedrooms of a reasonable size, we did find both the main bathroom and the ensuite to be cramped.

Check in and check out was easy - just call into First National Phillip Island on the way past to get the key, make your own way to the apartment (only 500 metres from their office), and drop the key back when you check out. We were advised that staff at First National are available 7 days a week if there are any issues, which we found to be much more reassuring than relying on dealing with a private property owner, who might not live anywhere near the property, to attend to any concerns we may have.

I do think linen should be automatically included with properties like this, rather than having to pay extra for it and arrange for that service when booking, as most people don't travel around with clean bed sheets, pillow cases and towels packed in their car.

Overall, highly recommended and we would certainly consider staying here again.

A fabulous place to stay and enjoy the beauty of Phillip Island.

You can't beat this location is Cowes. It is close to everything. The apartment is really well presented. I'd recommend a stay here to anyone.

Spacious apartment in top location on the waterfront combing spacious and comfortable interior with beach and pier mere steps away. A large balcony with bbq and large dining table perfect for outdoor dining or pre dinner drinks enjoying water views. Off street parking also provided. North Pier Hotel directly opposite apartment and Cowes Main Street two minutes walk away. Our only disappointments ... Wifi not provided, no smart tv so forget streaming your fav Netflix or Binge show. Tariff also does not include linen. At the price both wifi and linen should be a given.

The apartment is spacious and nicely furnished. The kitchen was well equipped and the location was perfect with a gorgeous view of the beach from the large balcony.

The property was in a great location in Cows. The beach was just across the street and main shopping street just a block away. The accommodation was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only thing that needed a good clean was the balcony glass. Overall very happy with the apartment.

Very pleasantly surprised. Apartment was very clean and nicely decorated with almost everything you need for a short stay. The only things missing are a table or storage drawers/cupboard in the third bedroom; having just a bunk bed in a room is not practical. I would also suggest a clock in the kitchen/lounge area and a sign next to the switch to the oven which is near impossible to find being black on black.
Be careful when booking. We had apartment 9 and although it is advertised as "with a view", there is no sea view from this particular apartment.

A great place to stay we walked everywhere. The property's location is fantastic. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back. Rooms are a great size clean and tidy.
In the evening we sat out on the balcony taking in the views with the beach just across the street.

We were fortunate enough on this visit to have the Cowes Esplanade /beach market.


There is also a great little coffee shop downstairs that makes the best egg, bacon and cheese focaccias.

Linen is an additional cost. We recommend bringing your own pillows as the ones supplied are not the most desirable.

The master bedroom has a small TV we felt it should be wall mounted as it sits on a low stand and a bit hard to watch while in bed.

There is a BBQ on the balcony however we didn't use it as it didn't look clean.

The vacuum cleaner could also do with replacing as the one in the apartment is not the best.

We have stayed in this apartment many times and overall we love coming back as often as we can.

The apartment was spacious, well appointed and very convenient to both the town centre and the foreshore beach. Please note if you are providing your own bed sheets, the apartment provides King Single beds and not standard singles.

Relaxing holiday here in Cowes. Place had all the facilities and well stocked with sanitisers etc. Everything was comfortable. Good view and location near shops and esplanade.

Unfortunately wasn’t the cleanest which could be due to Covid but nonetheless wasn’t cheap either.
